Betw03 Terms and Conditions – Terms of Use of the Platform

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the user — hereinafter referred to simply as "you" or "user" — and the betw03 platform, operator of the Sports Betting and casino services available at betw03.net.

For the purposes of this document, the following definitions apply:

• Platform: the full suite of digital services provided by betw03, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, and table games.
• Account: the individual user registration on the betw03 platform, linked to a CPF, email address, and verified personal details.
• Balance: the amount in BRL (R$) available in the user's account for betting, including real deposits and bonus credits (shown separately).
• Bet: any market selection confirmed by the user with real monetary value on the betw03 platform.
• Ticket: the electronic receipt generated after one or more bets are confirmed in a single submission.
• Odds: the payout multipliers set by betw03 for each available market, expressed in decimal format.
• Cash Out: the feature that allows the user to close a bet before the event ends, receiving a value calculated based on the odds at the time of the request.

By accessing or using any betw03 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gambling of the platform.

To create an account and use betw03's services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the registration date;
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information in the registration form;
• Not be registered in any sports betting or casino self-exclusion program in Brazil;
• Not be an employee, contractor, partner, or first-degree family member of a betw03 employee;
• Not have any other active account on the betw03 platform under any identity.

Betw03 may refuse, suspend, or close any account that shows data inconsistencies, suspected identity fraud, or that does not meet the eligibility requirements described above. In such cases, the real deposit balance will be returned to the account holder after verification, minus any winnings obtained through bonuses or promotions.

Each user is fully responsible for the security of and all activity carried out on their betw03 account. It is the user's obligation to:

• Keep your email address and password strictly confidential and do not share them with anyone;
• Keep your account details up to date whenever there are relevant changes, especially your email address and phone number;
• Immediately notify betw03 support if you suspect unauthorized access, unauthorized use, or loss of control of your account;
• Never assign, sell, transfer, or lend your account to any third party under any circumstances.

Betw03 is not liable for financial losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence, such as sharing passwords, using shared devices without logging out, or installing malicious software on a personal device.

All financial transactions on the betw03 platform are processed exclusively in BRL (R$). Accepted payment methods are:

• Pix: primary method, with deposits and withdrawals available 24 hours a day, every day. The minimum deposit via Pix is R$ 10.00;
• Boleto bancário: deposit with a clearing period of up to 3 business days. Boletos not paid by the due date are automatically canceled;
• Credit or debit card: accepted on all major card networks. Minimum deposit of R$ 20.00;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago: available for deposit, with automatic confirmation;
• TED Transfer: available through all major Brazilian banks, including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

Betw03 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any banking fees charged by the user's financial institution are the sole responsibility of the user.

To request a withdrawal, the user must have sufficient real balance in their account and have met any rollover requirements associated with bonuses. The minimum withdrawal via Pix is R$ 20.00. betw03 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals above R$ 2,000.00.

Betw03 offers Sports Betting across a wide range of disciplines, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores), MMA and UFC, volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB), tennis, e-sports, and more. General rules applicable to all Sports Betting at betw03:

• A confirmed bet is final and cannot be canceled by the user after the bet slip is confirmed;
• The odds in effect at the time of confirmation determine the payout — odds previously displayed are not guaranteed after market changes;
• If an event is canceled or permanently suspended before it begins, all related bets are voided and the wagered amount is returned to the user's balance;
• If an event is suspended after it has started and is not resumed within a reasonable timeframe, betw03 reserves the right to void open bets in accordance with the rules of the specific market;
• Obvious pricing errors — odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — may be voided by betw03, with the staked amount returned to the user;
• The cash out feature is available on eligible markets and its value is calculated in real time — betw03 may temporarily suspend cash out during events with high odds volatility.

Betw03 offers a full casino section featuring slots, Live Casino (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker), crash games, and table games. All games are provided by licensed suppliers and operate with certified random number generators (RNG).

Betw03 casino-specific rules:

• Sports Betting balance and casino balance are unified in the same betw03 account — no internal transfer is required;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed in each title's interface;
• Casino bonuses may be restricted to certain games or providers — please refer to the specific terms of each promotion;
• Casino game results are final and definitive once each round is completed. There is no mechanism to cancel a round in the Live Casino;
• Betw03 reserves the right to terminate gaming sessions in the event of a detected technical failure, voiding the affected bets and returning the balance to the user.

Crash games — such as Aviator and similar titles — have their own rules displayed at the start of each round. Users are responsible for reading the rules before placing a bet. betw03 does not guarantee specific outcomes in any casino game.

Betw03 offers a welcome bonus, regular promotions, boosted bets, and other benefits throughout the year. Each promotion has its own specific terms, but the general rules below apply to all of them:

• Bonuses are credited automatically once the activation conditions are met, typically a first deposit above the established minimum amount;
• Bonus balance is shown separately from your real balance in your betw03 account and cannot be withdrawn directly;
• To convert bonus balance into real balance available for withdrawal, the user must meet the rollover requirement (minimum wagering amount) defined in the specific promotion;
• The standard rollover for Sports Betting bonuses at betw03 is 5x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.60. For casino bonuses, the standard rollover is 30x;
• Cancelled bets, void bets, or bets with odds below the required minimum do not count toward meeting the rollover requirement;
• Unused bonuses that expire within their validity period are automatically cancelled without any additional notice beyond the initial communication.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betw03 platform and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating more than one account, whether using your own details or someone else's;
• Providing false, incomplete, or third-party personal information during registration;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate bet outcomes in collusion with other users or parties involved in the events;
• Placing opposing bets across different accounts with the intent of securing risk-free profit;
• Using privileged or insider information about sporting events to gain an unfair advantage in betting;
• Intentionally and repeatedly attempting to exploit technical flaws, odds errors, or platform bugs;
• Using betw03 for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other activity prohibited under Brazilian law.

Betw03 cooperates with the competent Brazilian authorities in investigations related to financial fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activity identified on the platform. Transaction records and user activity logs are retained in accordance with applicable legal obligations in Brazil.

Betw03 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance and technical incidents may occur, and betw03 will make every reasonable effort to minimize the impact on users.

Betw03 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from temporary platform unavailability;
• Losses caused by failures in the user's internet connection or device;
• Betting decisions made by the user based on information from outside the platform;
• Withdrawal delays caused by failures in banking systems or Pix infrastructure that are outside betw03's control;
• Indirect damages, lost profits, or any consequences arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

Betw03's total liability to any user, under any circumstance, is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

Betw03 processes users' personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). Data collected during registration and transactions is used exclusively for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy of the platform.

Data collected includes full name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, phone number, payment details, and transaction history. This information is stored with encryption and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without the explicit consent of the data subject.

Users have the following rights guaranteed under the LGPD:

• Access to personal data stored by betw03;
• Correction of incomplete, incorrect, or outdated data;
• Data portability to another service;
• Deletion of personal data, except where retention is required by law;
• Withdrawal of consent for data processing, where applicable.

Available tools:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum limit for daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. The limit takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period;
• Betting limit: set a cap on the total amount wagered per period;
• Temporary self-exclusion: suspend your account for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. During self-exclusion, account access and new bets are blocked;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently closes your betw03 account. This action is irreversible.

After the notice period, continued use of the platform constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account and withdraw your available balance before the new terms take effect.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always the one available on this page, with the last updated date indicated at the top of the document. Previous versions may be requested through support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from the use of the betw03 platform that are not resolved directly between the parties shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, Brazil, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
